Ha! I just started cardio and weights again...I was so sore the first day but the next day I did a relaxed version. I found that the soreness loosened up a bit as I fought my way through it and was a lot less sore the next day. good luck!

Sadly, I am a couch potato so I can not help on the workout front. Running, weight training... you are going to become one gorgeous babe!

Hahahahaha!!!! Sorry, not laughing at you but at your telling of the story. In my unfit state even thinking of going to the gym gives me sore muscles.

Reading through your blog i also am looking at your font, are you using an old typewriter? i have brought one myself with the specific thought of using it for scrapping, but can't quiet get myself into planning the whole page then typing on my journalling before adding the rest back on again - will have to just do it!
